Student Progress Tracking: Attendance, Homework and Reports in One Place

By Paper Gen Team at MADDY DEVELOPERS · · 4 min read

A student's progress is spread across registers, diaries and copies. Paper Gen brings attendance, homework and teacher remarks into one view so students, teachers and administrators see the same picture.

What the progress view shows

Each student gets a progress page in their portal that shows:

  • Attendance for the last 30 days, with present, absent, late and leave counts and an overall percentage.
  • Subject-wise homework: how many tasks were given, finished, checked, pending or overdue.
  • Teacher remarks on checked homework, so feedback is never lost in a copy.

Spotting problems early

Low attendance is highlighted when it drops below 75%, and overdue homework is counted per subject. Teachers and administrators can see which students need attention before exams, not after.

Built on everyday work

Progress tracking does not need extra data entry. It is built from the attendance teachers already mark and the homework they already assign in Paper Gen.
